Food Trucks To Be Made Legal In Seattle.

After a month or more, Seattle will be one of the cities in the country where food trucks will be able to carry their business legally on Public Street. A new set of rules created by the Seattle City Council will allow food trucks to sell besides private lots. Councilmember Sally Clark, who introduced the bill, said that it will become easy for entrepreneurs to open a small business with food trucks.
The bill will allow the sidewalk carts to sell hot dogs, popcorn and coffee but the cart's menu should be permitted by Public Health-Seattle & King County. No public agency have know bouts of many food trucks will operate in Seattle, but the trucks owners estimate less than 30 new food trucks, like Marination Mobile and Skillet.
